Welcome to the Ryan Homes eFamily. The Waverly is an awesome home. As you know we built an Avalon. You asked on our blog about the Ogee edge on our kitchen granite counters. Send me an email and I will be glad to share the price we were charged. It was no where near the price of the granite, but it wasn't cheap...BUT...it looks fantastic and everyone that sees it notices it and comments on how great it looks.
