We live in Richmond, VA and we have recently signed up to build our dream home. We have roamed around the area quiet a bit looking for our dream home and we have finally decided to build one - the Waverly model with Ryan Homes!!

Framing..
It is almost a week since my last post.... last weeks updates...
Received our second and final batch of wood... So far, the basement and the first floor framing has been completed. This week the second floor framing and roofing will be done...Hoping to see a completely framed house by the end of this week...
